About TherapySubs

TherapySubs.com was founded by a school-based SLP who recognized the challenges of balancing student needs with the realities of time off. Concerned about the impact of missed services and the difficulty of rescheduling sessions, she set out to create a better solution.

TherapySubs's mission is to connect school districts and specialized providers for daily, short-term, and long-term substitute roles. Interested SLPs, OTs, PTs, and school nurses can keep their career schedules flexible while covering the absences of regularly scheduled providers. At the same time, school districts can ensure that their students are getting their educational needs met (and IEPs followed) while alleviating the stress of their hard-working specialists when they need to take a day off.
